The Burger King Scholars Program
Scholarship Applications are accepted from October 16th to December 15th each year. Don’t miss out!
The process is simple: All you need to do is register and then submit your application for a scholarship. The program has awarded over $56 million in scholarships to more than 49,000 students across North America. This could be you!
How to Apply
The scholarship application can be completed in just 2 simple steps:

REGISTER
Registering creates an account for the Foundation to contact you.
Once you finish registering, you will receive confirmation that you have completed your registration.
This does NOT mean that you have applied for a scholarship yet! Go to STEP 2

APPLY FOR A SCHOLARSHIP
Now that you have received confirmation of your registration, before you apply for a scholarship make sure that you have an OFFICIAL transcript from your school. You will be disqualified if you submit a picture, a report card, or anything that is NOT an official transcript of your enrollment at your current or last school.
For the question about your “BURGER KING AFFILIATION”, if you are a BK employee or related to an employee (child, spouse), select your BK restaurant or enter REDBERRY for the franchisee name
Make sure to get a confirmation that your application has been completed and submitted
Important Dates
Applications close December 16, 2024, for a 2025 scholarship.
There are no more applications accepted after this date, so make sure to apply on time!Spring 2025: applicants selected to receive a scholarship will be contacted by the Burger King Foundation.
At this time, you will need to accept or decline the offer of a scholarship for the 2025 September school year. If you decide not to attend school, please decline the scholarship so that it will be offered to someone else.
For tax purposes, you will be asked to provide your Social Insurance Number and confirm your mailing address.
August 2025: Scholarships are awarded directly to recipients who have completed their correspondence during the spring in a timely manner.
October 2025: The next scholarship application window opens October to December 2025 (for the 2026 school year)
