MISSISSAUGA, Ont., (January 28, 2025) - Redberry Restaurants (Redberry) has expanded its presence with the opening of two new Taco Bell restaurants located in Amherstburg, Ontario, and Medicine Hat, Alberta. These openings will be the first Taco Bell openings for Redberry this year and mark the launch of many more to come. The company continues to grow its footprint across Canada and is committed to bring Taco Bell's signature flavours to even more communities. 

To celebrate the grand opening of the Medicine Hat location a special contest will be held. Starting February 17, 2025, customers can place an order through the Taco Bell app and be entered for a chance to win free tacos for a year. Hockey fans who may be attending the the Medicine Hat Tigers home games in February or March, can also have the opportunity to score two free tacos.

Additionally, Redberry will hold a grand-opening fundraiser from February 17^th to March 3rd at both locations, to support The Taco Bell Foundation. Founded in 1992, the Taco Bell Foundation’s mission is to break barriers to education and provide brighter futures for youth. Customers who receive a special fundraising coupon distributed through the grassroots effort prior to February 17^th can make a minimum $2 donation to support education for youth in exchange for a Crunchwrap. Customers must have a coupon to be eligible.
