LONDON, Ont. (June 10, 2024) - Redberry Restaurants (“Redberry”) is pleased to announce the grand re-opening in London of Jersey Mike's Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs. The newly renovated restaurant is located at 850 Wellington Road. This remodel, including a brand-new look with operational improvements to help us serve our guests better, is part of Redberry’s larger development plan to bring 300 Jersey Mike’s to Canada over the next 10 years.

Jersey Mike’s premium meats and cheeses are sliced on the spot and piled high on the in-store baked bread. Jersey Mike’s fans crave their subs made Mike’s Way® with the freshest vegetables – onions, lettuce and tomatoes –with an exquisite zing of “the juice,” red wine vinegar and an olive oil blend along with topped off our signature spices. Authentic cheesesteaks are also grilled fresh to order.
Passion for giving in Jersey Mike’s local communities is reflected in its mission statement “Giving…making a difference in someone’s life.” This year, the two Jersey Mike’s restaurants in Canada – in Kitchener and London – raised $12,000 during the company’s Month of Giving in March to benefit our local charity partner, Make-A-Wish Southwestern Ontario.
