Toronto, ON (December 12, 2023) – Redberry Restaurants ("Redberry") is excited to announce the Grand Opening of our third Burger King restaurant in Hamilton, located at 743 Upper James Street. This is the 12th new Burger King for Redberry in 2023.
This newest Home of the Whopper in downtown Hamilton boasts a modern decor inside and out, has a double drive thru and a spacious dining area. This restaurant is Redberry’s 12th new Burger King opening in 2023 and the third Redberry Burger King restaurant in Hamilton.

Being part of the Hamilton community with a location in the Jackson Square Mall and another location at 210 Centennial Parkway (at Barton Street East), this third new location helps us provide even more options for our guests to enjoy their favourite Whopper.”
The opening of this newest restaurant provides up to 40 job and career opportunities for Hamiltonians. In addition, students in the community (non-employees) as well as Burger King team members are eligible to apply to the BK Foundation school scholarship program.
Redberry’s Burger King portfolio now grows to 152 units, with another four new units to open in 2023, and 24 new restaurants planned to open in 2024. This delivers on our commitment to build more than 200 new Burger King locations across Canada in the coming years.
