Steve Pereira

Steve has extensive experience in the Restaurant/Hospitality and Retail industry where he has led national teams, coached, and motivated large groups of teams to drive performance and build a strong culture of trust and integrity. Prior to joining Redberry, Steve led the operations and training team with a well-known Mexican QSR brand.

As Director of Operations, Steve is accountable for operational excellence, bench strength, execution of company vision anad culture for our expanding Taco Bell portfolio of restaurants and ensuring the attainment of sales, financial & operational targets, and growth.

His strategic leadership plans are focused on growing top line sales through the delivery of a best-in-class guest experience. In his spare time, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife at their children’s sporting events, golfing and travelling.
