Demonstrating excellence in each role, Kulwinder earned noteworthy achievements, including being named General Manager of the Year on three separate occasions and receiving the District Manager Award twice with Redberry. In her role as Director of Operations, Kulwinder's leadership was instrumental in Redberry receiving prestigious awards such as the Growth Mindset, Play to Win, and Nikola Tesla Tech Awards from YUM! Canada. Her strong operational expertise and leadership skills serve as a robust foundation for Redberry’s Western Canada Taco Bell Operations team, and Redberry’s exponential growth of Taco Bell.
